Apartment of Humiliation: The Wet-Rope Widow (Tsunoame Kazuya)

A calculating tenant, Mr. Hirata, has secretly recorded his landlady's private moments and, learning of her financial desperation, uses the footage to blackmail her. He and his accomplice, Takahashi, assault her in her room, filming her degradation and forcing her into humiliating acts as they escalate their abuse. A neighbor hears disturbing sounds from Hirata's room, suspecting the landlady is trapped inside, as she is ultimately broken into begging her tormentors to continue.
