In Lucky City, sorcerer Hanzo and his partner Eddy used occult talismans to enslave women, drawing the attention of a Master who sent elite assassin Samantha to stop them. After defeating and breaking her will through prolonged torture and public humiliation, Hanzo initiated a global hypnotic summons, compelling all previously marked women to converge on his suite for a sadistic ritual of absolute control. As he rested, an unknown assassin attacked but fled after being overpowered, leading Hanzo to the roof of the Yucatan Casino where a new group of agents confronted him, demanding his extradition to Japan.
