Emergency Response 911 (Fansadox Collection 540)

Corrupt EMTs abduct injured hiker Tina during a 911 response and subject her to sadistic non-consensual medical torture and sexual assault at a secret morgue. Her friends track her location and arrive to rescue her, but are caught and captured by the torturers. The tables turn when the captives launch a desperate counterattack, resulting in a violent end for the torturers.
