After witnessing a massacre, NATO pilots Kelly and Anna are captured and subjected to brutal degradation at a Serbian military base. Their captors offer them as a gift to a drug lord, who continues the cycle of violent assault. Though a Delta Force operative appears to rescue them, his betrayal leaves the pilots ambushed and trapped once more.
