In a Burmese warehouse, traffickers Lance and Adnan brutally torment bound captives Victoria and Emily with extreme sexual violence and death threats, until an armed rescue led by Aung Phyo Kywe frees the traumatized women. After their escape, the pair cling together in terror, fearing recapture, while the Mistress orchestrates their apparent freedom under constant surveillance and rewards Aung for his betrayal. Victoria later wakes in a Houston hospital, desperate to find Emily, as a mysterious woman offers to reunite them with the ominous implication that their recovery is being manipulated.
