In Harlem, Ivan Fernandez and Wowo run a depraved slave auction at Wowo’s Night Club, culminating in the sale of a busty blonde college student to a bidder intent on degrading her. Ivan gifts the terrified woman to his mentally disabled nephew Ignacio for his birthday, who names her 'Cookie' and subjects her to cruel taunting, humiliation, and sexual abuse while Ivan and his gang watch and cheer. Ignacio locks the marked and sobbing Cookie into a small cage for the night, announcing he will bring friends the next day to show off his new toy.
