At a clandestine black site, a sadistic Major’s regime of systematic sexual violence and psychological torture is shattered by a surprise inspection from a Colonel. Rather than restoring order, the Colonel seizes total control, forcing the Major and his subordinates to continue their atrocities under the perverse guise of a "disciplinary inspection."
