After receiving a package containing Officer Lan Lan’s severed limbs, the corrupt Director Chen orchestrates a hostage exchange linked to a drug shipment while secretly mutilating and preserving the remains of Zhou Yingdong for a corporate trade. His associates deliver two captive sisters, with the younger one pleading for her sibling’s safety as Chen reviews strategic codenames and finds his current storage insufficient for his growing illicit operations. As his henchmen grow anxious over missing targets, Chen continues coordinating criminal logistics, internally preoccupied with ritualistic desecration amid the facade of a rescue mission.
