Elisabeth is falsely institutionalized by the predatory Mr. Jameson after rejecting his advances, enduring relentless physical and sexual torture at the hands of Jameson and his caregiver Wowwa in a sadistic mental clinic. Over the course of a year, she is systematically broken through brutal assaults, medical degradation, and psychological torment, with Jameson undermining her attempts to escape by feigning concern for her "psychotic behavior" to authorize further abuse like electroshock therapy. The story ends with Elisabeth being dragged to the Schizophrenic Ward, where a group of male patients leer at her as Jameson watches, promising continued torment.
