Martyr’s Blood (Kōshū Shiba)

Following a failed revolution, Jingjing and Cai'er are paraded through the streets toward execution, subjected to brutal public humiliation and psychological warfare by the General's forces. A public confession is displayed for Zhou Jingjing, detailing her supposed depravity as a warning, while Cai'er faces a slightly more conventional beheading due to her family's status, though she is still stripped and shorn. Both prisoners struggle to maintain their dignity as they reach the execution grounds under the charge of high treason.
