Synopsis

Kidnapped for her vital formula, scientist Josephine and her would-be rescuer Betsy endure a series of brutal tortures at the hands of Queen Aquamarina and her enforcer, Captain Sarina. As the captives face a final, deadly ultimatum involving a shark tank and ravenous crabs, Betsy manages a daring escape. She alerts the Coast Guard, leading to the villains' capture and a desperate rescue.
