The title sequence opens with former prison warden Melanie, now stripped of power and subjected to the guards’ sadistic “reeducation” program. Suspended by her piercings and forcibly aroused, she is handed over to three former subordinates she once ruined, who brutalize her in revenge. Broken and treated like livestock, Melanie clings to fragmented memories of a woman named Eve while the guards prepare for another degrading morning assault.
