In a medieval dungeon, a woman accused of adultery is bound to a torture wheel by a man called "The Punisher" as her husband watches. The Punisher confirms her guilt by finding her aroused during a debasing test, then subjects her to brutal torment including flogging, nipple clamps, and a steel hairbrush.
