Ranma Empire: Dawn [Ranma ½] (Sasaki Hiroyuki)

One year after the global 'Great Purge' caused by Biollante, Ranma leads a ruthless group through a post-apocalyptic landscape, holding a broken, restrained Akane captive and subjecting her to horrific medical torture. After their initial encampment, the group ventures through ruins in an armored vehicle, facing a confrontation with a mysterious newcomer who accuses them of banditry, compounded by the discovery that their ammunition and supplies have been stolen. As they prepare to evacuate, the group reflects on their dwindling resources and the end of their lawless era, with the remnants of the Japanese government attempting to rebuild society.
