Captured near Tora Bora, superheroine Sahara escapes her Taliban captors only to infiltrate their camp disguised as a widow, where she discovers other hostages enduring brutal threats. Her attempt to liberate them fails, leading to her capture and severe torture. Broken and left to die in the desert, she confronts a profound humiliation far removed from her battles against super villains.
