Trapped beneath an Appalachian college, infiltrator Phyllis Webb is hunted through a labyrinth of cell sectors by a sadistic administration and a parasitic occult entity. After surrendering to halt the torture of her companion Mildred, she is systematically cornered, only for Mildred to reveal her earlier hostility was a calculated cover story. As security closes in, the captors mock their failed resistance, forcing both women deeper into the facility while coldly treating their ordeal as a controlled experiment in human degradation.
