The Cave (Monster Babe Central)

Alice and her friends explore a cave during the weekend, but their adventure turns terrifying when they encounter monstrous creatures. Alice is knocked unconscious and awakens in a surreal part of the cave, where she and Jane are subjected to a violent, non-consensual assault. The monsters eventually abandon the devastated girls in the darkness.
