The Service Committee Member’s Duties (Inoue Kiyoshirou)

After Hina's seduction of Yoshizumi, he grows paranoid about a mysterious maid while at school, where Misao Himenomiya uses her shadowy authority to silence witnesses and make a classmate vanish. Himenomiya confronts Yoshizumi with an elegant confession that turns into graphic, coercive seduction and explicit domination, leaving him passive as she monologues about their twisted first time. They begin dating, but her obsessive stalking continues, and the story shifts to a student council ceremony introducing new president Moe Ashihara.
