Unfaithful Queen (Mad.Aye)

In a medieval fantasy setting, a disgraced queen is subjected to a prolonged, sadistic public execution alongside her lover and maid, orchestrated by the king and presided over by the cruel Earl of King's Wood. The victims endure relentless sexual humiliation, psychological torment, and physical abuse, including whipping, forced stripping, and gang rape, as the execution progresses through 50 stages. The queen and her maid are finally beheaded, with the Earl taunting the dying queen and declaring her gruesome death a lesson for the other women of the court.
