Voting Game (Zell)

An interrogator grows impatient as he tortures Sophie with a heated poker and the rack, pushing her until she breaks and confesses. He callously admits he went too far, leading to her undeserved execution, and dismisses her death as part of a professional learning process. Sophie is burned at the stake, screaming in agony and pleading her innocence, while the King watches coldly and the interrogator blames her for confessing.
