A group of sadistic tormentors subject a captive victim to prolonged physical, psychological, and sexual torture, including whipping, degradation, and forced sexual acts, before ordering her final execution by decapitation in a guillotine. Despite the victim's desperate pleas and screams for mercy, the tormentors harshly command obedience, with one expressing depraved satisfaction and arousal as she nears her end. The victim, in extreme terror, screams out "ZAC!" as a desperate plea before the tormentors prepare to execute her.
