Nigger Slave (Uncle Sickey)

A protagonist, sold into slavery for drug money, endures racist and verbal abuse from their master, finding a perverse sense of relief in the degradation. After being starved, they submit to a degrading feeding ritual and various acts of sexual submission, including intense anal sex for which they have been specifically trained. The master then engages in unprotected intercourse with the intent to impregnate the protagonist, who feels a twisted sense of joy and fulfillment in their new role as a breeder.
