After thirteen years, a man returns to his abandoned torture chamber, the "Horror Hole," where he finds a bound cheerleader named Emily left as a gift by an anonymous fan. Recognizing her as the requested victim, he retrieves his old tools, including a barbed-wire whip, and subjects her to a prolonged session of sadistic psychological and physical torment, mocking her terror and revealing that her ex-boyfriend ordered her capture.
